Como parte del proyecto Cristo: Rey de las naciones, en ésta ocasión se describe la nación de Bulgaria.
Oficialmente Estado de Brunéi Darussalam (Morada de la paz). Es uno de los cuarenta y nueve países que componen el continente asiático. Su forma de gobierno es el sultanato. El sultán de Brunéi (Muda Hassanal Bolkiak), que ha sido de la misma dinastía desde el siglo XIV, es la cabeza del Estado y del gobierno.
RELIGIÓN
El islam es la religión oficial de Brunéi y el sultán es el jefe de la religión en el país. El 83% de la población son musulmanes. El 7% de la población es budista y menos del 4% representan otras religiones. El resto no declaró una afiliación religiosa. Hay 110 mezquitas y salas de oración, seis iglesias cristianas, tres templos chinos y un templo hindú oficialmente registrado en el país. Y no hay misioneros reportados trabajando en el país.
MOTIVOS DE ORACIÓN
Debemos orar a nuestro Dios para que el pueblo cristiano de esta nación alcance un mayor nivel de conocimiento de las escrituras y puedan ser transformados a una iglesia fiel que crece en santidad.
Oramos por misioneros bien dotados del conocimiento de las escrituras para que enseñen la sana doctrina.
