Como parte del proyecto Cristo: Rey de las naciones, en esta ocasión se describe Antigua y Barbuda. En este proyecto se describe cada nación y los motivos de oración para que el Reino de Dios avance en la misma.
Antigua y Barbuda es uno de los trece países que forman la América Insular, Antillas o Islas del mar Caribe, uno de los treinta y cinco que forman el continente americano.Las islas tienen un clima tropical cálido, con suaves temperaturas constantes durante el año. Tanto Antigua como Barbuda pertenecen al grupo de las Islas de Barlovento.
Antigua y Barbuda es un miembro de la Mancomunidad de Naciones y el jefe de estado es la reina Isabel II del Reino Unido (desde 1952), cuyo representante en Antigua y Barbuda es un gobernador general. Actualmente ocupa este cargo la gobernadora Louis
