Se encuentra situada en el Oeste Central de África. Angola es el segundo país mas grande en África sub-sahariana. Angola hace frontera con el Congo al norte y al este, Namibia al sur y Zambia al este. Al oeste se encuentra el Océano Atlántico.
Angola está dividida en 18 provincias. También hay partes con bosque donde se cultivan café, algodón, azúcar y aceite de palma. El sur tiene tierras muy ricas en agricultura situadas en la región de las tierras altas.
